My stay was great, I had the peace and quiet I was looking for. I purposely choose an intimate hotel as I don’t like crowded places. Friendly staff, really good cleaning service, restaurant food is very good. Was really happy with the private beach access that brought a luxurious aspect to my stay in Zanzibar. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the room and hotel itself. If I ever go back in Zanzibar, I would probably stay at Imara again.

Rooms on the beach are very small but right on the beach. Which is beautiful! Great Breakfast. I would put the property in the middle of other properties we toured along the beach. Some are Fantastic but pricy. This property met our needs perfectly.
