Very friendly and welcoming, we stayed there before and will stay again later this year.

Nice helpful staff. Interesting array of characters and entertainment in the bar. Some seemed to live there. Good place to stay as a base to stay a few days and travel about.

Limited menu for breakfast . Room was lovely . Restaurant was popular with locals .

We when checked out, we were kindly offered towels to take to the beach & also allowed to leave our car in the carpark. We thought that this was above & beyond and Anne on reception that morning was exceptional! We would thoroughly recommend this...

It was perfect,and a great location right next to Carbis Bay Beach Hotel.Spotlessy clean and beautiful decor throughout.You can walk into St Ives and then catch the train back.Fabulous views of the sea and beach that is just a few minutes...

I loved this little guest house! It was very very central and a short walk to the town, beaches.

It was a quiet location. Very cozy and comfortable. Good bus route to st.ives. hosts were very helpful and friendly.

We had an emergency during the night and the owner/owners daughter was very quick and concerned in their response and couldn't have been sweeter.

An absolutely fabulous stay. Room 210 is fantastic couldn’t ask for more. The most beautiful sea view and every comfort you could wish for. The complimentary gin was an extra special touch. The staff all so attentive, helpful and friendly.

I loved everything about the room, especially the shower, it was wonderful.
